Xm Return Policy?
The Return Policy for xm.com, also known as SiriusXM, is effective from December 13, 2023. If a customer is not completely satisfied with a recent radio or accessory purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding any shipping costs. However, free returns are not offered.
A UPS Prepaid Return Label is included in the order. If this label is used, $8.00 will be deducted from the refund. Gift Cards and Prepaid Service Cards sold in the SiriusXM Shop are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
To return a radio or accessory, the following steps must be followed:

Cancel Your Subscription: If a radio with an active subscription is being returned, the subscription must be cancelled by calling 1-800-422-7142 or chatting online with an agent. It's important to note that returning the radio does not cancel the subscription. These are two separate transactions.

Create a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA): All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number to receive a refund. If a return arrives at the return center without an RMA number, a refund will not be received. The RMA number should be included in the Return Information section of the packing slip and on the UPS Prepaid Return Label included in the original shipment.

Package the return: The completed Return Information form from the packing slip should be included within the return package. If the packing slip is no longer available, the following information should be included on a piece of paper and placed in the return package: RMA number, Model # or Name of Product Returned, Reason for Return. All parts of the radio or accessory being returned, including the radio receiver, kits, and manuals, should be included. The cost of any missing or damaged products will be deducted from the refund. All returns must be in new or like-new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Ship the return to SiriusXM: A UPS Prepaid Return Label is included on the packing slip in the order. If this label is used, $8.00 for shipping will be deducted from the refund.
